DESCRIPTION

A form of Resistance Welding in which the entire area of a butting surface, usually a diameter of wire or rod, is?heated by resistance to a flow of electric current while under an upset force during a pre-determined time. A resistance welding form which differs from upset butt welding in that greater force is applied after heating is
substantially completed. Expulsion or flashing accompanies upset of the weld area and serves to purge the weld
of impurities. Pressure is applied prior to heating and is maintained during the weld cycle. This machine could choose the function of three times discharging. As for welding aluminium-copper tube, this machine possesses the function of preheat and welding anneal and is specially equipped with parallel straight slideway to ensure the parallel pressure of forging power of the welding product so as to achieve smoothness and firmness on the connecting position.
